Set up is from 7.30am. Please have your stall set up by 8.45am.


In the Holy Trinity Anglican Church Parish Centre, on the corner of Union Road & Montrose Street, Surrey Hills, at the top of the shopping village.

How do I apply for a stall?

Before applying for a stall at our market please ensure that you and your products meet our requirements. Please read the market guidelines. The principal criterion is that the majority of your products should have been made personally by you, whether you have grown or made them. Once you have read the guidelines, please fill in an application form and email it to

Please don't send any money when you first apply for a stall as we often have a waiting list so we will let you know when we have a vacancy.

What are the costs involved?

There are a few different types of stalls. The most common is a trestle table size stall. However you can also apply for a small stall, card table size or a double stall or one and half stalls. There is a cost for insurance unless you have your own, in which case we need to see a copy. You are also able to hire tables from us.

Unloading on market day?

On the day there are a few options for unloading your gear:
• At the rear of the church (entry from Montrose St) in the small carpark.
• You can also unload from the vicarage driveway (entry @ 177 Union Rd) until 8.45am.
• in the front of the church.


Once you have unloaded your gear and have found your spot in the hall you will need to move your car to the Surrey Hills train station carpark, which is a 2 minute walk down the hill in Union Rd or along Montrose St and down Blackburn St.

We ask that all stallholders take their vehicles from the church surrounds to ensure that there are plenty of parking spaces around the church for your customers.
